Q.How much will it cost to hire the fountain?

A.The price will depend on: How many guest it is to cater for? The location of your party or event? How many hours you would like to hire the fountain for? Please contact us for a quote.

Q. Will there be an attendant with the fountain?

A. An experienced, uniformed attendant with be there to attend to your guests, set up and dismantle the fountain, replenish dips and keep it looking great throughout the event.

Q What area do you cover?

A. We cover all of the North West England area. Liverpool, Cheshire, Chester, Wirral, Merseyside and North Wales, we are happy to provide a quote for all areas.

Q. How far in advance do I need to book?

A. Book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. A £100 deposit is required to secure your booking.

Q. What do I need to supply?

A. We supply everything required, including plates, napkins, skewers, chocolate, dips and spoons....however we will need a level, sturdy table with a table cloth and a power socket nearby.

Q Is there a time limit that the fountain can be used for?

A. No. Our usual hire time is 2½ hours, we can be hired for longer or shorter periods to suit your requirements.

Q. Is the chocolate fountain easy to assemble and dismantle?

A. This is all managed by our operator.

Q. Can the fountain be used outside?

A. No. Unfortunately not...The slightest breeze causes the disruption to the flow of the chocolate.

Q. What are the most popular dips used?

A. The most popular choices are: Strawberries, marshmallows, fudge, turkish delight. profiteroles, cookies, flapjacks, brownies, grapes, banana, pineapple, shortbread......many more...anything that you would like!

Q. How many people will the fountain serve?

A. We will provide enough chocolate to serve the amount of people arranged, more chocolate is added to the fountain to keep it running smoothly.

Q. Do you add oil to your chocolate to make it run smooth.

A. No. NEVER....we use only 100% luxury belgian chocolate made especially for fountains.
